I am crying. I feel upset and angry. And stupid for complaining for something I thought wasnt right.

I am so upset and angry that I cant really explain it clearly. Please, Take a look @ the [link] (my entry to the Girls LOve Contest) and read my ETA. Please, I am wrong to think that I was on time? I am wrong to think that it should have be ON THE RULES that the deadline was August 16th GMT?
